In the Minnesota Student Survey, they asked the kids about how often they wear a seat belt. There was a variety of answers, but the one that really stood out to me was that 34% to 37% of all 9th graders said that they never wear a seat belt. Although they are in 9th grade so they probably don't drive yet. I hope that these answers where like this because they don't drive a car, and one day will be 100% yes. If you are reading this and you are as surprised as I am, then make sure you buckle up! I would like to know if the people who answered 'that they never wear a seat belt' answered that because they dont drive a car. Also it would be nice to know if they where joking, or where serious?
